After owning four Torterías El Atoron for over 14 years, I felt inspired to create a new taquería brand that captures the soul and flavors of Mexico City while embracing the heart of Dallas. Our family has been part of the taquería tradition for generations, and with that heritage, we wanted to bring something fresh to our neighborhood and community. This taquería is more than just a place to eat—it’s where years of culinary experience meet warm hospitality, where fresh-made margaritas and ice-cold caguamas are always ready to quench your thirst, and where friends, families, and neighbors can gather around a table to share food, stories, and memories.
